Olive oil, for drizzle
10 chicken drumsticks
salt and pepper, to taste
Glaze:
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tsp. soy sauce
juice from 1 lemon
3 tablespoons grainy mustard
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
4 tsp. sesame oil
hot sauce , to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
On a foil lined baking sheet , place the drumsticks in a single layer. Drizzle olive oil on drumsticks and season well with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven.
Meanwhile prepare the glaze. Combine all the glaze ingredients, adding the amount of hot sauce to taste.
Take the chicken out of the oven and pour glaze over drumsticks, coating well. Return to oven and bake another 20-30 minutes, turning several times, until chicken is tender and nicely glazed.
Let chicken rest a few minutes before serving.
