Eggnog Hot Chocolate

Eggnog Hot Chocolate


12 oz. white Chocolate, chopped

1 1/2 cups eggnog

1 tsp. vanilla

nutmeg to taste.

Rum (optional), to taste

In a saucepan heat the eggnog to just boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate; whisk until smooth, add vanilla and nutmeg. Add Rum if you wish.
