Whole Wheat Pasta
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour , sifted
In a bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade place all ingredients except 1 egg . Blend until dough comes together. Add remaining egg if dough feels too dry and blend until combined. Remove from bowl and knead dough until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and allow to set for at least 30 minutes before forming pasta.
