2 cups ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1″ cubes
1/2 cup plain yogurt or kefir
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
pinch of salt
1/8 tsp. cardamom
1 cup ice cubes
Mix papaya, yogurt, lime juice, orange juice, honey, cardamom and salt in blender until smooth.
Add ice to blender and blend until smooth. Lassi should be thick.
You just made me reach for my kefir, some mangoes (no papayas to be found in the house) and whip up a lassi! Thank you for the inspiration
