Sesame Noodles

1/2 lb. quality noodles

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 clove garlic, chopped

1 tsp. red pepper flakes

1 tsp sesame oil

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 scallions , sliced

1 tsp each white and black sesame seeds, optional

Cook noodles to al dente. Whisk the remaining ingredients in a large bowl add cooked drained noodles and toss. Serve warm or cold.
