Arugula Salad with Berries and Black Pepper Dressing

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt, to taste

Whisk together until well combined and homogeneous.
