Kicked Up Rocky Road

5 oz. dark chocolate (70%) cocoa solids

1 (8oz.) bag milk chocolate toffee bits

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 1/3 cups salted peanuts

3/4 cup shelled pistachios


Line a 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper. In a bowl placed over a pot of simmering water, melt the chocolate. Stir in the toffee bits and nuts to combine. Add the marshmallows and blend well. Spread evenly in the prepared pan and place in refrigerator to firm up. Cut into pieces.

  2. Wow so yummy I wish the weather here allowed me to make such a thing but it doesnt the humidity and the heat spoils it really bad. I can’t wait to get back to Australia to make lots of awesome recipes I seen on you blog 🙂
