ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 -2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

directions

In a small saucepan add the milk and honey. Heat until sugar is dissolved and milk is hot. Do not allow to boil. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate; whisk until combined.

12 oz. white Chocolate, chopped

1 1/2 cups eggnog

1 tsp. vanilla

nutmeg to taste.

Rum (optional), to taste

In a saucepan heat the eggnog to just boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate; whisk until smooth, add vanilla and nutmeg. Add Rum if you wish.
